I am part of this Army!

The Army of Angels are people of every gender across all boundaries of race religion and political standing who are committed to healing awareness strength and courage. We were inspired and empowered by Angela Shelton to make dramatic shifts in our lives. We now make Angela's work work by moving forward in our lives and helping others do the same. We take action towards our own healing and are actively working towards leading joyful lives! It started with Angela Shelton and continues through all of us. Healing Yourself Heals the World!

As an angel in the army, you promise to:
ONE: I will stay alive. I will not commit suicide.
TWO: I will cause no harm to myself through self-abuse or self-mutilation. I will love myself first and foremost.
THREE: I shall watch all negative thought patterns about myself and switch them to loving and encouraging thoughts. I know that I have the power to change my own mind.
FOUR: I shall find my voice through speaking, writing, dancing, art, spirituality, or whatever expression fits me and I will use my voice to break the silence and the cycle of abuse and violence.
FIVE: I shall be a beacon of light and awareness in the face of denial and injustice.
SIX: I will stand up and speak for those who cannot stand up or speak for themselves.
SEVEN: I shall look on my fellow humans compassion and empathy for I know that we all have a story.
EIGHT: I shall fight for myself and my loved ones when needed.
NINE: I shall raise my vibrations and spread joy and love during every opportunity that I can.
